ABOUT US
The Fool Factory supplies a diverse range of roving and stage comic character entertainment. Our acts are colourful, interactive, engaging and are suitable for public events, festivals, shopping centres, schools, private parties and corporate functions. Our acts have been performed extensively in the canberra region, throughout Australia and in Asia, working with a variety of talented theatrical, circus and musical performance artists.
Mark Johnson is the Managing Director of the Fool Factory and has been performing comic characters and circus since 1986 and graduated as a engineer from the Australian National University in 1995. The Fool Factory, with assistance from other talented makers, applies engineering to performance art to create fun entertainment. We strive for our acts to have high artistic credibilitiy, aesthetic beauty, ergonomic functionality and robust durability. If we don't already have an act to suit your event theme we can make one. We specialise in making fools of ourselves!
